CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is entered into by and between BUY PRESS WIRE LLC (Address: 1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE N, ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, 87110 USA; Phone: +1 505 307 9194; Email: info@buypresswire.com) (“Seller”, “Company”, “BuyPressWire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the individual, company, agency, brand or institution purchasing digital PR, press release distribution, online media visibility, publication, content placement or related digital promotional services through www.buypresswire.com (“Customer”, “Client”, “you” or “your”).
This Policy sets out the terms and procedures regarding cancellations, refunds, service revisions and related requests for services purchased through BuyPressWire.com.
1. Definitions
Digital PR and Media Service: Refers to digital services provided electronically, including but not limited to press release distribution, online publication, media visibility, brand promotion, sponsored or editorial-style content distribution, digital content placement, PR package services and related online promotional services.
Customer / Client: Refers to any individual, company, brand, agency or institution that purchases services through BuyPressWire.com.
Cancellation: Refers to the Customer’s request to stop or withdraw an order before the service has been processed, distributed, submitted to media partners, published or otherwise initiated.
Refund: Refers to the return of all or part of the payment made by the Customer, subject to the conditions stated in this Policy.
2. Nature of Digital PR Services
The services offered by BuyPressWire are digital, intangible and service-based in nature. Once a press release, PR campaign, content placement, media submission, publication request or distribution process has started, certain costs, operational work, editorial review, media communication and third-party processing may already have been incurred.
For this reason, cancellation and refund rights may be limited once the service has been approved by the Customer and the delivery process has begun.
3. Cancellation Conditions
The Customer may request cancellation before the service has been initiated, submitted, distributed, scheduled, reviewed by media partners or published.
If the cancellation request is received before any work has started, BuyPressWire may approve a full refund.
If the service has already entered the preparation, editorial, distribution, media outreach, scheduling or publication stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Once a press release or digital PR order has been sent to media outlets, publishers, partner networks or distribution channels, the order is considered in progress and may not be eligible for cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be requested in the following cases:
The service has been approved by the Customer and the distribution or publication process has started.
The press release, article, campaign or content has already been submitted to media outlets, publishers or distribution partners.
The content has been published, scheduled for publication or accepted by a media platform.
The Customer has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information that affects the delivery of the service.
The Customer requests cancellation due to a change of mind after the service has already started.
The Customer is dissatisfied with third-party editorial decisions, search engine indexing speed, ranking results, traffic volume, media pickup volume, lead generation results or other outcomes that are not directly guaranteed by BuyPressWire.
The service delay or failure is caused by the Customer’s late approval, missing materials, incorrect information or failure to respond.
5. Technical Error or Incomplete Service
Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery
If the service is not delivered as described in the confirmed order due to an error caused by BuyPressWire, the Customer must notify us by email within 7 business days from the date of delivery or expected delivery.
BuyPressWire will review the issue within 3 business days after receiving the notice.
If the issue can be corrected, BuyPressWire will provide a revision, correction, replacement, additional submission or reasonable compensation at no extra cost.
If correction or compensation is not possible, BuyPressWire may issue a full or partial refund for the undelivered part of the service.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible, within 14 business days after the refund approval date.
6. Partial Refunds
Full Refund: May apply only if the service has not started, has not been processed and no third-party cost has been incurred.
Partial Refund: May apply if only part of the service has been delivered and the remaining undelivered part cannot be completed.
No Refund: Applies when the service has already been delivered, published, distributed, submitted, scheduled or processed according to the agreed order.
7. Media Publication and Third-Party Platforms
BuyPressWire may work with third-party publishers, media outlets, news platforms, distribution networks, editors, content partners or PR-related service providers. Each third-party platform may have its own editorial, publication, review, removal and correction policies.
BuyPressWire does not guarantee that third-party publishers will modify, remove, keep indexed, rank, display or maintain content in a specific way unless such guarantee is expressly included in the purchased package.
If a third-party publisher removes, changes, delays or rejects content due to its own editorial policy, BuyPressWire may, at its discretion, offer an alternative placement, replacement publication, correction request or other reasonable solution.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate, lawful, complete and publication-ready information, including but not limited to company details, contact information, press release content, images, links, claims, statements, brand assets and supporting documents.
BuyPressWire is not responsible for delays, rejections, revisions, legal issues or non-publication caused by inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, incomplete or non-compliant materials provided by the Customer.
9. Refund and Cancellation Request Procedure
Request Submission: Cancellation or refund requests must be sent by email to info@buypresswire.com with the subject line “Cancellation / Refund Request”.
The email should include:
Order number or payment reference,
Customer name and company name,
Service or package purchased,
Reason for the cancellation or refund request,
Relevant supporting information, if applicable.
Review and Response: BuyPressWire will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Approved Refunds: If the refund is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact BuyPressWire first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. In many cases, service-related issues can be resolved faster through direct communication.
If a chargeback is opened after the service has been delivered, submitted, distributed, published or processed, BuyPressWire reserves the right to provide evidence of service delivery, order approval, communication history and related records to the payment provider.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the Customer.
Any dispute arising from or related to this Policy, the purchased services or the use of BuyPressWire.com shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication between the parties.
12. Effective Date
This Cancellation and Refund Policy becomes effective when the Customer places an order, approves the service, completes payment or otherwise confirms the purchase of services through BuyPressWire.com.
BuyPressWire reserves the right to update or revise this Policy at any time. The version published on www.buypresswire.com at the time of purchase shall apply to the relevant order.
